1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TubeGuesser ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TubeGuesser is a mobile game application that challenges users to identify London Underground stations based on their Tube lines. The App includes both free and premium subscription features.

3. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. User Accounts and Subscriptions

4.1 Free Version

The free version of TubeGuesser allows you to play one game per day with full access to all game features including hints.

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions provide:

• Unlimited daily games
• Advanced statistics tracking
• Priority access to new features

4.3 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

5. Cancellation and Refunds

To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, or hack the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TubeGuesser and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

London Underground and related marks are trademarks of Transport for London (TfL). This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TfL.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TUBEGUESSER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

11. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Apple App Store Terms

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and TubeGuesser, not with Apple
• Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance and support services
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
