Wasted is designed with your privacy in mind. We believe in transparency about how we handle your information.
Wasted stores your settings (hourly wage, hours per week, selected shopping apps) locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information on external servers.
If you enable shopping app notifications, Wasted uses Apple's Screen Time API to detect when you open selected apps. This data is processed entirely on your device and is never sent to us or any third party.
We do not use any analytics or tracking services. We do not collect usage data, crash reports, or any other telemetry.
Wasted does not integrate with any third-party services that would collect your data.
All your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage mechanisms (UserDefaults). If you delete the app, all your data is permanently removed.
Wasted does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is intended for users who are of working age.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
