• Local Data: All safety items, confirmations, and photos you create are stored locally on your device.
• Subscription Information: If you subscribe to Certain Plus, Apple processes your payment through their In-App Purchase system. We receive only confirmation of your subscription status.

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to provide the app's functionality:

• Store your safety items and confirmation records on your device
• Verify your Certain Plus subscription status
• Provide you with peace of mind through our confirmation tracking features

Data Storage and Security

All your personal data (items, confirmations, photos) is stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to this information, and it is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

Photos you attach to items are stored in your device's local storage and remain under your control.

Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You can delete individual items at any time within the app
• Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all stored data from your device
